Addie Johnson

Learn how culture change toward resident-centered care is perceived and defined in the Senior Living foodservice market through recent results of the nationwide Delphi study. Addie Johnson will help you synthesize this research and apply it.

Addie is an environmental and organizational gerontologist, facilitating practices and design innovation in Skilled Nursing settings. A PhD candidate and fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Institute of Aging and Environment, Addie also presides over CARE WI (Changing Attitudes Regarding Elders), a Wisconsin-based network dedicated to person-centered care. Expert operators from around the country will lead a panel discussion of these timely topics immediately following Addie's presentation. Gain understanding of how three communities across the country have successfully implemented changes to their dining program and what impact the changes have made.
