Addie is an environmental and organizational gerontologist, facilitating practices and design innovation in Skilled Nursing settings. A PhD candidate and fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Institute of Aging and Environment, Addie also presides over CARE WI (Changing Attitudes Regarding Elders), a Wisconsin-based network dedicated to person-centered care.
